However, not possessing enough skills to control her freezing abilities, Frost herself turned into an ice statue.

One such god is Raiden. His name may change in different religions, but his nature almost always remains the same he is the mythical god of Thunder.
The various stories of his exploits are often distorted or misinterpreted. Raiden's main task has always been to protect the Earth Kingdom from attack by creatures such as Shao Kahn, Shinnok, or Onaga. He can only point them to the right path, but the decision belongs to the man himself.

Kuai Liang, who inherited the name "Sab-Ziro", traveled to the Outer World to complete his brother's mission and kill Shang Tsung.
Upon returning to Lin Kuei, Sab-Ziro learned that the clan leadership wanted to turn the best warriors into cyborgs. He and his ally, Smoke, attempted to escape from the clan, and only Sab-Ziro succeeded. At this time, Shao Kahn's attack on Earth began. After defeating Shao Kahn, Kitana and Sindel began to rebuild Edenia, but soon a threat once again loomed over their world.
The fallen elder god Shinnok attacked Edenia using the traitorous Tani and her army of Darkness. Kitana was imprisoned, but Milina helped her escape. After defeating Shinnok, Kitana united the armies of Edenia and the Outer World to finally destroy the remnants of Shao Kahn's empire. However, her mission was interrupted by the death of her ally Goro and Raiden's new assignment. He wanted Kitana to help the warriors of Earth defeat the Deadly Alliance, consisting of the sorcerers Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. During an attack on Shang Tsung's palace, Kitana and all the Earth warriors were killed. However, they were revived by the new tyrant Dragon King Onaga, who made them his personal assassination squad.

However, at critical moments, he could show a ruthless side, especially when it came to saving his friends and the freedom of his world. Together with Liu Keng, he traveled to the Outer World to avenge the murder of his monks at the order of Emperor Shao Kahn. After they managed to defeat and escape from the Outer World, they began training a new generation of Shaolin warriors to defend against threats from outside.
However, Shao Kahn's invasion disrupted their plans, and they were forced to return to combat. During the battle with the emperor, Kung Lao was severely wounded and even thought to be dead. But after defeating Shao Kang, he decided to return to Shaolin teachings and lead a quiet life.
However, however, Shinnok's invasion and Goro's return forced Kung Lao to change his mind. After Liu Keng's death, he abandoned Shaolin principles and pledged revenge on Shang Tsung for the death of his best friend. Under the guidance of Master Bo'Rai Cho, who had once trained Liu Keng, Kung Lao teamed up with other heroes and set out to fight the Deadly Alliance of Shang Tsung and Kuan Chi. But even after all his efforts, Kung Lao could not defeat Shang Tsung in battle and was himself killed.

In the original timeline, Jade was Kitana's longtime childhood friend, with whom they were raised and trained together. Kitana, Milina, and Jade made up the personal assassination squad of the Outer World Emperor, Shao Kahn. However, after Kitana betrayed the emperor and killed Milina, Jade and Reptile were sent to retrieve the fugitive princess who had taken refuge in the Earth Kingdom.
Reptile was given the task of killing the princess if it became necessary. The situation is calmed by the appearance of Raiden, who prevents further conflict. Later, Erron reappears on the scene, this time along with Di'vora, Reptile, Shiva, Kintaro, Ferra and Torr, to save Kotal Kahn from the effects of Havik's Blood Magic. He engages in combat with Raiden, but ends up out of the fight. As Raiden prepares to deliver the final blow to Erron, Havik loses control of them due to Scorpius' interference.
Later, Sonya Blade turns her attention to Erron and informs Kotal Kan that "Jackie and Casey's kidnapper has been spotted among the rescue party." But Kotal decides to give Erron a second chance anyway. In accordance with one of Erron's possible endings, he is tasked with killing Cassie's group, which Black accomplishes successfully.
D' Yorah
Di'Vora belongs to a race known as the Kithinn, who inhabited the island kingdom of Arnyk. Due to their isolation and secluded lifestyle, a concerted effort to defend their kingdom seemed impossible, leading to the conquest of the kingdom by Shao Kahn and its incorporation into the Outer World.
Before Shao Kahn's invasion began, the elders of the Chitinn race could t reach a consensus on how to proceed. Unlike them, Di'Vora believed that time had run out, and she did not participate in their discussions. When the invasion began, all members of her race fled except herself. Di'Vora entered the service of Shao Kahn and became his advisor, while the rest of her race became slaves to the emperor. She hoped for a moment when Shao Kahn, consumed by lust for conquest and easily manipulated by his sorcerers, would be defeated.
In one of the arcade finales, Di'Vora used Shinnok to create a new race of insects subservient to her. Along with this new race, she took control of all the other realms.

Nevertheless however, Kotal K'etz decided to complete Kotal's initiation rite as a warrior and sent him to the Earth Kingdom, where Kotal had to learn how to survive. In one arcade finale, Raiden suddenly attacked Kotal and defeated him, declaring that the Outer World was now his. Kotal appealed to the Dread Gods, asking them to allow him to maintain the independence of the Outer World.
Now, every ten years, the warlike Kotal would have to participate in a contest known as the Death Battle.
Sheeva
Shiva was included in the game to finally give players the opportunity to play as a shokan character and diversify the introduction to this race. In the previous two games in the series, shokans such as Goro and Kintaro were only available in unplayable boss roles.
In her first appearance, Shiva appeared in the role of Queen Sindel's bodyguard. However, according to the story conclusion of Mortal Kombat 3, she was killed by Shao Kahn after a failed attempt to assassinate the Emperor.

In forming Milina, Shang Tsung used Kitana's blood, which belonged to the Edenian race, and the blood of the Tarkatans the ferocious mutants that dwell in the wastelands of the Outer World.
In the original timeline, with the help of tarkatan blood, a sorcerer attempted to make Milina more loyal to the Emperor, but this experiment ended in failure. As a result of the mistake, Milina's face was distorted, and instead of a normal human mouth, she had a huge mouth, with sharp teeth like those of the Tarkatans.
Initially, Milina aimed to kill Kitana and prove that she was better than the princess in everything. Fujin
Fujin first appeared on the stage to prevent Sab-Ziro from reaching the location of Shinnok's amulet. Despite Fujin's attempts to defeat Sab-Ziro, his final attempt was to create a huge vortex as a final attack, with the hope of drawing the warrior Lin Kuei into it. However, the vortex failed to draw Lin Kuei into it and instead tore Fujin into pieces. Fujin was the first of the gods that Sab-Ziro defeated in his journey to the amulet.
In the events of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, Fujin meets Taven near the entrance to the Red Dragon's headquarters. He pleads with Taven not to enter there and warns that if need be, he will use force to detain him. As a result, Fujin and Taven fight, and Taven emerges victorious, despite his regrets about having to fight his old friend.
